2. Project Acceptance

A project begins only after:

  • Proposal approval
  • Payment of agreed advance amount
  • Written confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or signed agreement

3. Payments

  • All invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Development work may be paused for overdue payments.
  • Taxes, GST, government fees, and third-party subscriptions are extra unless specified.
  • Payments made are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Completed work, delivered designs, source code, marketing services, and consulting services are not refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide required content, images, credentials, and approvals on time.
  • Ensure legal ownership of submitted content.
  • Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Final approved deliverables become the property of the client.
  • Spintek Solutions retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, reusable code libraries, and methodologies.

Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Spintek Solutions.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as:

  • Hosting Providers
  • Domain Registrars
  • Payment Gateways
  • Marketing Platforms
  • AI Platforms
  • WordPress Plugins
  • SaaS Integrations

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

8. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Specific traffic numbers
  • Sales or revenue increases
  • Advertising results

Marketing performance depends on many external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spintek Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.

10. Website Usage

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious code
  • Copy website content without permission
  • Use the website for unlawful activities

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments remain unpaid
  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
